What Changed – Why We Made Carragreen? – Part 3

The Carra Saga – Our Entry into Eco-friendly packaging & spoons

This post is in continuation to our last two posts and is the final post of the series. As we have already made you aware of our intentions with launching Carragreen and how we created stationary solutions that help reduce carbon footprint and save the forests, the next obvious and logical step that we needed to take was to find out another commercial ecological pain point that we encounter every day and innovate a feasible solution to remedy it.

Tonnes of plastics and metals are used in packaging materials and disposable utensils every day. We might not realize it, but it is a massive contributor to pollution, and our existing waste management regime has a hard time taking care of them. The best they can do is segregate the non-degradable plastics from the rest of the trash that they get for processing. However, that does not solve the problem as plastic still remains there.

The highlighting feature of our product is that it is designed to be an innovative takeaway packaging solution for restaurants. The customer gets the food packed in the box, they open the box and have guidelines that they can follow to get a spatula/spoon to eat the food and an adequately sized shallow bowl-like feature to eat the food from. Once the food is consumed, the entire thing can be disposed of quickly.

Carrabox is affordable for widespread commercial use and can be customized as per the requirements of the business. In addition, Carrabox, spoon, and shallow bowls are wholly eco-friendly and degrade completely into safe elements within a matter of days after disposal.

All the products under this category are completely customizable as per the requirements of the client’s business and can be supplied in the desired quantities regularly. Furthermore, the designs and the innovation are protected and patented, so once a branded solution is provided to the client, they can be sure of its uniqueness and genuineness.

Carragreen is just warming up; we are putting in our best to make our dear planet a better place for every creature that lives and thrives in it. We are doing our part and hope that others also follow our good intentions and help mother Earth regain her health.

Protecting the Earth is vital. Our planet is a living entity and the source of every prosperity, comfort, and joy we are used to. Unfortunately, running aggressively after economic growth has made us forget the grace of mother Earth somewhere down the line; before she starts complaining, let us all begin reciprocating the love and care that she has bestowed us with.
