Damaged Products:
- Must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video proof
Replacement:
- Prior approval required
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping to be borne by the customer
- Processed only after inspection and approval
- Following approval of the quality check, your replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days.
